The ‘Don’t Want’ Manifesting Mistake

Topics: Manifesting

This is by far the most common manifesting mistake most people make. Often times when you ask people what they want in life they’ll automatically start going on about how they wish they weren’t poor, had annoying neighbors, family, pets, jobs etc…. and usually at some length.

With a bit more insight about how thoughts arrange circumstances, it’s painfully obvious that becoming focused on the stuff you DON’T want is a sure-fire way to make sure there’s more and more of it coming your way!

Your mission is to monitor your thoughts and if you find any ‘negative’ ones, flip them around into more productive ones.

If you find no such thoughts, congratulations you’re well on your way to sainthood if not there already! (if so, I’m flattered you’ve taken the time to read this)

Here’s one way to do it: Take a piece of paper out and draw a line down the middle. On one side write down anything you don’t want any more of (i.e.: pain, suffering, boredom or lack of cash, fun, lovers, friends, cars etc).

Now go through the list and flip it around into something you DO want, for example:

Don’t want: I don’t want to have a ‘beer belly’, I’ve decided I don’t like it anymore.

OK, so what would you like instead?

Do want: I’d like to be trim, slim and muscular and look great naked!

Another example:

Don’t want: I don’t want to be poor anymore, I’m fed up with it.

OK, so what do you want instead?

Do want: I want a fun job I can do, that makes me at least twice what I’m making now!

Get the idea? Now if you’re using a quick ‘in the field’ thought projection technique you can do this as soon as you notice ANY condition you don’t like the way it’s going and start to bend it back to you liking.

This takes some practice, but is well worth it as hardly anyone else seems to be making much use of their minds, you may as well set things up the way you like.

Experiment frequently, you’ll be surprised at how flexible the flow of events can be… or you might not be surprised at all!
