How to Turn Off Stress Fast

Last week I was getting really grumpy.

I was snapping at my wife and boy and generally felt crappy.

What’s up with that? I’m usually very laid back and relaxed.

Stress!

I’d simply let my stress levels creep too high and was paying for it.

As you all know stress can be a killer.

It builds up over time and unless you live on the beach in Fiji, you probably need some tactics for turning it off at will without resorting to the less than healthy options like booze, pills or medication.

So I sat down and started to run through my special sequence of stress dissolver drills…

…a particular series of relaxing experiences that stacks one on top of the next and tunes your brain, your mind, your emotions, your energies and your body into states of deep, lasting peace.

Once I’d turned the stress off completely (which took about 5 minutes – you might need a minute or two more or less) I had a cool idea.

Why not put the exact sequence down in an interactive format, something you could use like a guided meditation but had cool art that deepened the experience?

The sequence is important – it’s like a tumbler on a safe, each turn in the right direction unlocks another layer. If you’ve ever tried to meditate when you’ve been in physical discomfort you know what I mean – it’s WAY harder than it should be.

But what’s cool about this is you can use this flow sequence for anything that’s stressing you out – freaking out about money? No problem! Worried about a health issue? Same drills – just dive in and run through them.

You dissolve the stress response THEN get moving with an intelligent action plan to improve things done.
