How to Use Negativity to Boost Your Manifesting Results

One of the questions I get asked a lot is how to remain positive and focused on your manifestations when the media and mood of people around you is frequently negative.

There’s two directions you can go in with this and it’s very similar to how you deal with the flu virus.

You can either run away from it and literally shut yourself away from any strands of negativity. Or you can learn how to transmute and use the negativity to your benefit.

The first option does have it’s place – personally I rarely watch mainstream media news channels or read newspapers yet I’m well informed about what’s happening around the world.

I figure if anything seriously important is happening, the people running around screaming in the street will tell me!

But it’s impractical to try and eliminate all negativity, the same way it’s impractical to try and wipe out every single little bug that might be floating around.

As with the flu virus, the people who ‘catch’ it are those whose immunity has dropped for one reason or another to a point where you’re vulnerable to it. The solution is obviously to improve immunity, then it doesn’t really matter how much stuff is floating around.

So here’s a good manifesting practice drill for you as much as possible for the next week.

Each time you spot an event that strikes you as negative, make a quick mental movie of your ideal outcome instead.

So you hear somebody moaning about something, ask yourself, ’so, what would I like instead?’

Simply doing this will help you quickly get in 20-30 micro-sessions every single day and rapidly recondition your thinking process to look for and find, and to expect then create solutions.

This one simple trick gets you in the habit of using negative events to trigger moving in a positive direction and if you do it as much as you can for a week, you make some substantial shifts in how you think.

And at that point other people’s negativity is irrelevant.
